if this is you

you know better than this. so why does it keep happening?

  • you check other moms' faces at target while your kid is melting down.
  • you keep trying to use a gentle voice, but your jaw is clenched.
  • you're scrolling your saved posts or talking to ai about behavior problems.
  • you set a limit, then add "okay?" like you need permission.
  • you're offering a fourth outfit choice at 7:45am, and your toddler doesn't want any of them.
  • after bedtime, you replay everything in your head and think, i know better than this.
they're designed for this

toddlers are designed to be learning boundaries right now.

their brain is ready for it. it's one of the biggest lessons of toddlerhood.

a boundary is only real when you hold it. and it matters how you hold it.

i want to teach you how to see boundaries for what they really are, so you can make decisions based on your own values. not more scripts.

a clear way of seeing toddlerhood, so you can make the decisions you have to make every single f*cking day.

i want to help you see boundaries differently
what boundaries aren't

punishment. harsh. yelling, or giving your toddler the mean face.

you don't have to get louder and meaner to prove you mean a boundary. you just have to mean what you say the first time. and i'm going to teach you how to do that in an emotionally healthy way.

what boundaries are

teaching. shaping the human they'll become.

punishment is about what they did. a boundary is about who they're becoming.

you're not even afraid of the tantrum. you're afraid of what it means about you as a mom.

the four keys

do you want your kid to trust your yes and your no?

boundaries are not optional for raising an emotionally healthy kid.

boundaries don't mean controlling every little thing. save them for what really matters and let the rest go.

it seems easier to give in or get loud and make the noise stop, but that breaks the trust between you.

you're not ruining their independence or expression. you're teaching them to be themselves and be a good human at the same time.

inside the workshop

an opening video, four modules, and a workbook to do the reflection work at night.
