nothing makes sense right now.
the scripts and the books are all logical, but toddlerhood isn't. it's emotional. it's chaos.
and now when you're standing there, feeling way overwhelmed, you don't know what to do.
(that means you're ready to go down the rabbit hole.)
you needing to say the right thing is what's keeping you stuck.
stuck in fear of messing them up. in guilt that you're not the mom you want to be. in shame that you're not a good enough grown up for them.
but there is no one way to raise a toddler.
inside the course, we go through:
tantrums. boundaries. behavior. your monsters. and a back pocket full of strategies.
no scripts. this is a whole shift in how you see toddlerhood.
you'll meet your monsters (fear, guilt, shame, grief) and learn what they've been trying to tell you. you'll learn to move through big feelings instead of stepping around them, your toddler's and yours.
you'll get my go-to moves from ten years with toddlers, and the eyes to know when to use them and when not to.
and you'll learn the equation that makes all of this work: what your toddler needs right now + what you have the capacity for = the best solution for your home.
when i started and a toddler would melt down, i felt confused, helpless, alone in the room with them.
so i went down the rabbit hole. i studied toddler brains, emotional intelligence, and every weird, cool theory about toddler development i could find.
then i watched for what works in real homes, with every kind of kid and temperament. i learned what works for different kids, and how to be the grown up that one specific toddler in front of me needs. and i did my own emotional work right alongside them.
i've grown the most emotionally in my life from the time i've spent with toddlers. now i get to be the grown up i needed at three, and i want that for you.
i went down the rabbit hole first, and i came back to get you.
faq
who is this for?
toddler moms, especially with a late two, three, or four year old, who've read the books and tried the scripts and still feel like something is missing.
is it self-paced?
yes. you can go through it in order, or go right to what's happening in your home right now.
are there scripts?
no. you'll get strategies and know why i choose them. but our goal is that you learn to see the moment for yourself and decide what your family needs.
how is this different from big feelings?
big feelings is free, and it helps you start understanding what's going on. the grown up in the room is where you learn to see toddlerhood differently and become the mom your toddler can lean on.
how long do i have access?
forever. come back to it every time your toddler gets into a new stage.
is there a payment plan?
yes, of course. i want every mom who wants this to be able to get into it.
your problem isn't that you don't know enough. it's that you haven't learned how to be the grown up in the room, yet.
you're already the grown up in the room. now you get to act like it.
